Overview
Liao is a Research and Policy Development Associate at the Climate Jobs Institute at Cornell University's ILR School.
Before coming to the Climate Jobs Institute, Liao practiced as a labor-side attorney and prior to that worked as a union organizer for AFT Michigan. She has a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
