What Did You Work On:  I created a marketing plan to increase community awareness of RSI's work. I also conducted a survey to analyze labor practices and employee satisfaction within the agency.

Summer Takeaway:  I learned about labor practices in nonprofit work. I also now know more about community advertising and effective marketing strategies. The most important thing I have learned is that Buffalo is an amazing city full of love and life.

Career Goals:  Right now, I am interested in working in the field of labor, either in union work or labor law. But my interests are constantly changing!
