April 24, May 8, May 22, and June 5 at 1pm

The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management has the potential to reshape many areas of the function, but probably none more so than talent management. Companies face pressure to move fast, yet many questions remain about how to best leverage AI and how to do so responsibly. In this CAHRScast series, Cornell Professors JR Keller, John Hausknecht, Chris Collins, and Brad Bell will share examples of how AI is currently being applied in different areas of talent management along with their thoughts on future directions to keep an eye on.

Individuals who register for the Series will receive invites for all four live sessions, during which there will be an opportunity for attendees to share their own insights and ask questions. Each session will be 30 minutes or less. Following each session, registrants will be sent a copy of the recording and slides.
