CAHRS Virtual Working Group | What’s New with Talent Reviews

In this CAHRS virtual working group, we will seek to uncover new and innovative approaches to conducting talent reviews. In particular, we will examine how companies are updating the criteria that are used to segment their employees and the tools and technologies being deployed to evaluate employees on these criteria. Given the growing desire among employees for more transparency, we will also explore how companies are sharing details regarding the talent review process and its outcomes with employees.

Given that we limit the number of registrations to our working groups to allow for rich discussion and best practice sharing, we ask that you only register for a session if you will be able to attend for the duration. Prior to the session, attendees should give some thought to topic that will be discussed and come prepared to engage actively in the discussion. We also strongly prefer that participants be on camera during the session to allow for more engaging interaction. We understand that sometimes things come up which we do not anticipate. If for some reason after you sign up for the working group and cannot attend, we would appreciate an email – even right up until the last minute, as these popular events often have waiting lists.
