CAHRS Welcomes Research Assistants

Fall RAs to Embark on Deep Dive on Special Projects

CAHRS welcomes Ashley Hamilton (pictured left) and Ryan Odibo (pictured right) as Research Assistants (RAs) for ILR School's 2024 Fall semester. Ryan says “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to studies on the future of work. Given the symbiotic relationship between education and employment and their significant economic impact on society, I eagerly anticipate delving into trends and topics related to people and practices in this field."

Prior to his RA position, Ryan received his master's in education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education as an Equity and Inclusion Fellow with a degree specialization in education, leadership, organizations, and entrepreneurship.

Prior to her RA position, Ashley studied at Pace University as an undergraduate and the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. She most recently worked for the Chicago Jobs Council as a Frontline Focus Training Institute Program Manager.

“We are very excited to have Ashley and Ryan joining CAHRS in the fall as research assistants. Their extensive academic and work experience will be a valuable asset as CAHRS launches new research initiatives, such as the Big Red Books, and they will help ensure that we continue to provide our partners with timely and actionable research insights that help to advance the HR function.”

Throughout the fall, the RAs will be working on “Big Red Books” – a deep dive into a particular topic of interest to CAHRS members.
