ICS welcomes Research Associates, Enayati and Thomas
Hassan Enayati recently joined the Institute for Compensation Studies at Cornell ILR as a Research Associate. He is currently working as a student research mentor on projects addressing compensation and as a lecturer of labor economics. In addition to Hassan's role with the Institute for Compensation Studies, he holds an appointment with Cornell's Employment and Disabilities Institute where he collaborates on two funded research projects examining employment and education outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Enayati obtained his Ph.D. ineconomics from Michigan State University with a doctoral specialization in the economics of education.
Stephanie Thomas, also Research Associate with the Institute for Compensation Studies, is leading curriculum development for ICS' new professional education offerings on compensation. Thomas will also mentor student research and teach within the department of economics. She holds a PhD and MS in Economics from The New School for Social Research. Thomas brings strong practitioner experience and is the founder of the consulting practice, Thomas Econometrics. She also has prior experience working in the Equal Employment Advisory and Litigation Support Division of MCG and in Labor and Employment with LECG, LLC.
