The application to the NLLI requires 3 steps:
- The sponsoring institution will fill out the nomination form and have it signed by the officer/leader who is nominating the individual.
- After the nomination form is received, the nominee will be contacted by NLLI staff and asked to fill out an application form.
- Once the application form is received and reviewed, the nominee will be accepted into the program and contacted for an interview with NLLI staff.
Costs
The cost for the yearlong program is $12,000 per participant. Costs cover tuition, lodging, meals, and materials for the three retreats. Follow-up between seminars by the NLLI faculty during the program is covered. Transportation to/from each retreat is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization.
Scholarships are available for non-traditional worker organizations.
