Professional Work History:
Columbia University (1980) - Master concentrating in Industrial Social Welfare Attorney (since 1988) - Active uninterrupted state, federal and appellate litigation practice concentrating in employment law. Substantive areas have included controversies related to Title VII anti-discrimination provisions, FMLA, C.O.B.R.A., A.D.A.A., A.D.E.A., Civil Rights litigation against the U.S.A., state and municipal government. Additional litigation practice includes litigation under 42 U.S.C. 1983 for constitutional violations including police brutality claims. I have been a guest speaker at the ABA Employment Conference held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, among others.
Dispute Resolution Experience
As a legal representative, I have participated in numerous dispute resolution efforts related to pending litigation on employment law centered matters.
