Our Mission
We operate under the principle that conflict is an inevitable part of human interaction and its resolution is essential for personal and organizational growth and health. We exist to deeply study how and why conflict happens, and turn that knowledge into education, training, and practice.
We partner with organizations and individuals to develop practices and cultures that effectively manage conflict. When leaders develop their skills in managing conflict, organizations become more effective.
We combine Cornell University’s academic depth with the knowledge of leading practitioners to provide skills and strategies for individuals and best practices for organizations. We sit in Cornell’s ILR School, the leading institution studying the workplace.
