2004 – Present: Eagleson Alternative Dispute Resolution - 30 years of experience in the field of labor and employee relations. Provided representation to both labor and management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including the negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, discipline cases, mediations, fact-finding and interest arbitration proceedings. Comprehensive knowledge in Collective Bargaining, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Meyers Milias Brown Act, the State Employer Employee Relations Act, the Higher Education Employer Employee Relations Act,.

2015-2017: Standing Arbitrator / Trial Board . Office and Professional Employees International Union. Presided over several hearings dealing with disciplinary matters of the Hawaii Nurses Association.
