Fee Policy
Labor Arbitration - $1200.00 per diem, including pre-hearing conference, document review, and drafting award. Employment Arbitration - $250.00 per hour, including pre-hearing conference, document review, and drafting award. Mediation - $250.00 per hour, including pre-hearing conference and document review. No charge for travel time, reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses charged from Providence, Rhode Island. Eight (8) hour cancellation fee charged for cancellations within 14 calendar days. Four (4) hour minimum charge for hearings.
