Fee Policy
Mediation - $400 per hour, four hour minimum, Postponement or cancellation (less than 14 days notice) $800, Arbitration - $1600 per day, Postponement or cancellation (less than 14 days notice) $1600 Expenses charged at usual and customary rates, mileage charged at current IRS rate.
