Stephanie Spicciati
Stephanie Spicciati is a Data Associate at the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability. She develops curriculum and educational materials and provides technical assistance and training to content specialists for the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) Office of Special Education (OSE) Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) for Data. In this role, she collaborates with other TAPs to support regional teams within OSE’s Educational Partnership, including specialists from Regional Partnership Centers (RPCs) and Family and Community Engagement Centers (FACE Centers).
Most recently, Stephanie served as a Specially Designed Instruction Specialist with NYSED’s OSE Educational Partnership at Syracuse University’s Mid-State RPC. With more than 15 years of experience in K–12 education, she is committed to improving educational practices for all students, particularly those with disabilities. She brings experience in instructional design, systems-level and instructional coaching, data-based decision-making, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation, and evidence-based practices.
Passionate about fostering inclusive education, Stephanie leverages data to drive systemic change and enhance student learning outcomes. Her areas of interest include Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), evidence-based practices, and program evaluation.
