Yichen Liu

Yichen Liu is a PhD candidate from the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include the causes and solutions to precarious working conditions in global supply chains. Recently, Yichen is collaborating with a global garment company to explore how its purchasing strategies affect overtime work and employment levels in factories.
