Worker Power, Racial Justice and Mutual Aid Webinar
The Worker Power and Racial Justice: A Panel on the Intersection of the Labor Movement, Black Lives Matter, and Mutual Aid webinar brought together numerous local organizers in Tompkins County with national organizers to discuss racial justice and mutual aid during the pandemic. It took place Tuesday, July 28, 2020. The event featured:

- Juliana Garcia: Organizer at Mutual Aid Tompkins
- Shannon Gleeson: Organizer for the Tompkins County Immigrant Rights Coalition
- Darlene Lombos: Executive-Secretary Treasurer for the Greater Boston Labor Council
- Russell Rickford: Organizer for Black Lives Matter – Ithaca
- Nafisah Ula: Organizing Director for Jobs with Justice
The event was moderated by Ian Greer from the Cornell University Industrial and Labor Relations Ithaca Co-Lab & Pete Meyers from the Tompkins County Workers’ Center.
