ILR Names Associate Dean of Finance and Administration

The ILR School’s new associate dean of finance and administration is L. Rebecca Hann, who currently serves as associate director of budget and planning at Syracuse University. She begins at ILR on Oct. 3.

“Rebecca brings to ILR a valuable set of experiences and expertise, ranging across the areas of finance, budget and operations. I am delighted to welcome Rebecca to the ILR community,” said Alexander Colvin, Ph.D., ’99, ILR’s Kenneth F. Kahn ’69 Dean and Martin F. Scheinman ’75, M.S. ’76, Professor of Conflict Resolution.

Hann is coming to Cornell after four years at Syracuse University. She previously served at Onondaga Community College as vice president for college-affiliated enterprises and as associate vice president for operations.

“I am grateful and excited to join the ILR team and its unique portfolio of activities. I look forward to working with leadership, faculty, staff and students to reach our goals and position ILR strategically for the future,” Hann said.
