Dispute Resolution Experience

I am a trained and certified facilitative mediator in community, small claims, civil claims, and employment cases. I also have academic training in evaluative, transformative, and restorative justice practices. This has allowed me to cultivate a toolkit approach in which I use skillets from all styles to fit the type of conflict and parties’ needs while leveraging my background as an HR business partner and employee engagement experience. I currently mediate cases in Gallatin County and Madison County and conduct RESOLVE EEOC cases.  I am also adept at assisting in drafting labor arbitration awards. My academic and hands-on training has equipped me with the skills to support arbitrators in research, clerical duties, and preliminary drafting while maintaining their decision-making authority.

Civil & Small Claims Mediation: $100/hour; Employment Mediation: $150/hour; Assistance in Drafting Labor Arbitration Awards: Fee avaialbe upon request
