Donna Spotton

Donna Spotton is an Extension Associate for the Transition Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) at the Cornell University Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability, developing curriculum and providing professional development through the New York State Office of Special Education’s Educational Partnership. Donna has almost 30 years of experience as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She is passionate about preparing students with disabilities to transition successfully into life after high school and believes for this to happen there needs to be a focus on career and employability skill development from an early age.
