Lisa is an experienced HR practitioner with over 23 years in the banking industry working alongside business managers of all levels from entry to executive leaders.
For the past 17 years, Lisa has been a leader in implementing career development initiatives helping to improve organizational effectiveness by enhancing leadership capabilities and performance. Her passion is leading and developing others while inspiring others to do the same. She achieves this by creating and facilitating corporate learning events and designing leadership and early career programs focused on employees, teams and senior leaders.
At South State Bank, Lisa leads the direction of campus recruiting initiatives along with the design and implementation of career development programs.
