Mapping Construction Apprenticeships in New York State

Joint labor-management apprenticeship programs are critical tools for developing a diverse and equitable clean energy workforce in New York. Amid growing demand, unions and their workforce development partners can identify gaps in existing training infrastructure as well as measures to make life-changing apprenticeship opportunities available to people from underserved communities. These maps display the location and union-affiliation of joint apprenticeship training centers throughout the Empire State. This interactive, publicly available tool aims to bridge the gap between unions, workforce development leaders, and local government officials.
