She is a Superior Court Mediator certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and has been mediating employment related matters since 2006. Danae brings a unique perspective to the table as she has experience as an in-house lawyer representing a large local government and publicly traded companies in the energy and financial sectors. She has also represented companies of a variety of sizes and non-profits as well as individuals and labor unions. Danae served as Chair of the North Carolina Bar Associations' Dispute Resolution Section during the 2014-2015 term.

Dispute Resolution Experience
Danae began mediating in 2006 and quickly developed a reputation as an engaging, persistent, and innovative mediator. She served as the chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section for the 2014-2015 term and now mediates disputes throughout the Southeast. Danae has handled complex, multi-parties mediations, workplace, pre-litigation, and litigation employment disputes in the public, private and non-profit sectors, pre and post-ADR employment cases for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and attorney-client fee disputes. She is also a trained civil collaborative attorney who welcomes opportunities to help parties resolve disputes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
