Professional Work History:
Over three decades of professional experience in human resource management, labor and employee relations; as a practitioner, manager, and consultant. A graduate level adjunct professor of business and human resource management for twenty five plus years. A former school board president who has also served on several advisory boards.
Dispute Resolution Experience
Over my career I have been involved in all aspects of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, whether as an employee advocate, management representative, hearing officer, workplace investigator, or ombudsman. I have also taught numerous graduate level courses in dispute and conflict resolution, and conducted professional development workshops to managers in the area of conflict resolution.
