Liesel Shoquist has been practicing in civil litigation as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in a multitude of areas, with an emphasis in real property, insurance, professional malpractice and employment. She is a member of the State Bar of Montana, US District Courts of Montana, and the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. She is a past trustee for the State Bar of Montana and has taught trial practice to second year law students at the University of Montana for several years as part of their trial practice curriculum. She has conducted meditations and acted as an arbitrator in a complex commercial contract dispute.
