Professional Work History:
Yasmeen Kennedy trained to be a mediator after spending twenty years as a paralegal to some of the most reputable law firms in Florida and Colorado. Since 2001, Yasmeen has gained experience in almost every area of law, including but not limited to Bankruptcy; Family Law; Criminal Defense; Personal Injury; Business Law; and Civil Litigation. For the last year, Yasmeen has been working as a mediator in the Denver Area, where she helps resolve a wide range of disputes for police officers, local politicians, family and child custody disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and even neighbor to neighbor disputes.
Dispute Resolution Experience
Yasmeen currently mediates employment, political, landlord/tenant, family and custody disputes. As a community mediator, Yasmeen handles citizen/police, HOA, neighbor to neighbor, and baking dog disputes for a local non-profit.

Education
Yasmeen attained a mediation certificate from Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. After completing Harvard's program, she went on to receive a second professional mediation certification from Cornell.

$250/hr including pre-mediation conferences and document review.
