Jennifer Pawlewicz

Jennifer Pawlewicz brings over 2 decades of employer relations experience to her role as Business Outreach Specialist within the Yang Tan Institute. Jennifer’s areas of focus include employer best practices to recruit, hire, retain, and advance employees with disabilities, and accessible and inclusive workplace cultures.

Jennifer supports the USDOL-ODEP funded Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion/EARN grant as well as the Workforce Recruitment Program that connects employers with highly motivated postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities.
