Barbara Gillen

Barbara joined the Yang-Tan Institute in April 2021 as a Project Assistant supporting multiple projects. She currently supports the following projects: Subminimum Wage to Competitive Integrated Employment (SWTCIE), State Personnel Development Grant/Multi-Tiered System of Supports-Integrated (SPDG/MTSS-I), Center for Advancing Policy on Employing Youth (CAPE-Youth), and NYS Consortium for the Advancement of Supported Employment (NYS CASE).

She has held positions as an teacher and librarian, and most recently served as a Health Program Administrator with the NYS Department of Health.
