Nathan Allen

Nathan Allen is the Director of Organizing & Affiliate Support (C4OAS) at the National Education Association, marking 22 years with the organization. In his role, Nathan collaborates with affiliates to propel state and local membership growth and enhance membership retention through dynamic campaigns. Leveraging data analytics, new innovations, and field assessments, he strategically champions the interests of students and educators.

Nathan seamlessly integrates issue-based and density-to-contract campaigns with C4OAS’s year-round organizing programs. This approach fosters a compelling "culture of organizing," emphasizing the vital habits and practices of educator engagement and recruitment. Nathan leads various C4OAS organizing campaigns and programs, including zone organizing and racial and social justice initiatives. He oversees National Council of Urban Education Associations (NCUEA) and Local Presidents’ training.
