Anna Rivera

Anna is a Program Coordinator for the Worker Institute at Cornell University, ILR
School. She has over 30 years’ experience working with labor unions and supporting
members in various roles. She is highly skilled in organizing cross-functional team
events, timeline management, and budget administration. Her education and
experience has enabled her to create best practices that deliver streamlined processes
while reducing program costs. Anna has proven success in achieving program
objectives ahead of their deadlines while consistently increasing program outcomes and
ensuring satisfaction.
Anna has a B.S. in Labor Studies from Queens College and a M.A. in Labor Studies
from the School of Labor and Urban Studies, both from the City University of New York.
