Tamara Robinson
Tamara Robinson [she/her] is an organizational development consultant, coach, labor leader, and activist with 16 years of experience. Tamara began her labor career as an organizer with AFSCME and went on to serve in senior leadership roles at CIR SEIU Healthcare and 1199 SEIU Healthcare Workers East. She has experience at all levels of union leadership and brings an enthusiasm for labor’s potential to transform lives and communities through effective and innovative leadership. Tamara is on the Cornell ILR School’s Worker Institute faculty as a Senior Extension Associate in the Labor Leadership Programs. Tamara has a BA from Wellesley College and an MA in Labor Studies from CUNY’s School of Labor and Urban Studies and lives in Baltimore, MD.
