Nicole Salk is a Senior Staff Attorney in the Worker’s Rights and Benefits Unit at Brooklyn Legal Services. She joined BLS’ housing unit in 1997 and started doing employment work in May 2006. Ms. Salk represents clients at unemployment hearings as well as in the areas of employment discrimination, criminal background discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act violations, and wage and hour violations. Ms. Salk served as President of the Legal Services Staff Association, a unit of UAW Local 2320, the staff union for Legal Services of New York City from 1999-2001. She graduated from Northeastern Law School in 1996
