Kim Osmani is an Extension Associate with the Yang-Tan Institute serving in two capacities. She works with the Vocational Rehabilitation(VR) Youth Technical Assistance Center (Y-TAC) and also the Transition Services Professional Development Center (PDSC) with the NY State Education Department.
