In response to the growing complexity and depth of the field, the Advanced IDE&A Certificate is designed to help you focus on changing behaviors and building inclusive workplaces right down to the core.
Through this comprehensive series, you will develop the skills needed to engage both employees and managers in initiatives that support an inclusive workplace, enhances a culture of engagement throughout the workforce, demonstrate the values and practices that align with your marketplace/community and be a driving force of innovation and collaboration in an effort to increase business performance.
During the program, you will engage in rich, interactive small group work focused on how these practices are implemented in different environments. The program is designed to provide participants with interactive activities both in the classroom and virtually. Participants will be asked to plan sufficient time to complete additional assignments prior to, between, and after the sessions.
